Terms of service
Last updated July 17, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and SaveFit for using the SaveFit app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what data we store.
What SaveFit is
SaveFit is a personal workout organizer. You build routines, log training sessions, and can import workout videos you've saved (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) so their exercises become structured routines for your own reference. SaveFit is a tool for organizing your own training — it is not a content platform.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use SaveFit.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Delete account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Imported content
When you import a video link, SaveFit fetches the video's publicly available caption, thumbnail, and audio to extract the workout, then stores the link and the extracted routine with your account for your personal use. The video itself is never stored, hosted, or redistributed.
- Only import links to content that is publicly accessible or that you otherwise have the right to access.
- Videos and their contents belong to their creators. Imported routines are for your personal training reference, not for republishing or resale.
- If you are a creator and believe content derived from your video should be removed, email us and we'll respond promptly.
Importing depends on third-party platforms we don't control, so a given video may fail to import. When that happens, the link is kept in your library so nothing you saved is lost.
Subscriptions and billing
SaveFit's core features are free. SaveFit Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited video imports (the free tier includes a limited number per month; the current limit is shown in the app).
- Payment is charged to your Apple account through the App Store when you confirm the purchase. We never see or store your payment details.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Prices and the free tier's limits may change; changes to an existing subscription price take effect only per App Store rules, and never mid-period.
Health disclaimer
SaveFit is not medical advice. Workouts you import were created by third parties, and routines you build are your own. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, stop if something hurts, and train within your abilities. You use SaveFit and perform any exercise at your own risk.
Fair use of the service
- Don't abuse the import pipeline (bulk scraping, automated access, or reselling extracted data).
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, or access other people's data.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
The service, as-is
We work hard to keep SaveFit reliable, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveFit's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, when the change matters, let you know in the app. Continuing to use SaveFit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
